10) Apple
“An apple a day keeps the doctor away” – No, this isn’t suggesting giving an apple to the doctor will keep them away, but that you must eat them!Apples are one of the most commonly eaten fruits. They are both delicious and relatively cheap. This fruit is good for your health, especially because it contains pectin, a soluble fiber known to regulate intestinal transit. Used as an appetite suppressant, apples are low in calories and several studies show that the consumption of several apples a day could contribute to a significant drop in cholesterol levels, especially the so-called “bad cholesterol”.
Apples are also rich in flavonoids, antioxidants, and some physicians believe they could prevent strokes. Several studies demonstrate that eating apples regularly will help prevent colon cancer or prostate cancer.

My favourite of all fruits! Bright green in colour, and strange looking because of their “hairy” appearing flesh. Kiwis are a good, healthy fruit with multiple benefits. Kiwis are also rich in fiber, which promote good bowel movements. Orange is often associated with energy, because this fruit is high in vitamin C. Oranges also contain fibre which of course helps fight constipation. Excess vitamin C consumption is easily dispelled through urine output.
